I believe these servo motors are new, no box. They still have the red plastic caps on the connectors and they do not seem to have any marks where mounted in the past. For some reason someone has put in marker on the nameplate under the Max Continuous RMS Amps, 38 amps in marker when the original nameplate said 30.8. Other nameplate specs are:
